I listen to just about everything. Some of my favorite artists include Radiohead, Yes, Rush, King Crimson, Gentle Giant, Chicago's first 5 albums, Nina Hynes, Brookville, Dive Index, Massive Attack, Joni Mitchell, Opeth, Bill Bruford, Nine Inch Nails, Julee Cruse, Stereolab, Mohammed Mounir, Sneaker Pimps, Muse, Elsiane, Dead Can Dance, Peter Murphy, Bjork, Keane, and yes I actually like Coldplay even though some people really hate them.
Sounds Like
Tears for Fears, Duran Duran, K.D. Lang, bits of Yes, bits of 70's Chicago, a number of new wave bands, it's hard to say that I sound like any one band though...
I've been singing since I was 2, and I've been making my own music since I was 6 years old. Instrument-wise I started on an old wurlitzer organ, then moved onto keyboards, then sequencing. I've been doing sequenced music since 1989 but really started to make things that were verging on being marketable since 1991 (previous times to that, my sequences sounded very much like old-school game music with vocals added). In 1995 I started accquiring better equipment, and by 1996 I started making music with good sound quality instead of the 8bit samples of an Amiga 3000.
In 1993 I was in an accoustic folk-ish band called "Urine Hot Water"--an absurd name, but we were starting to get quite a following. The other members got bored with accoustic and wanted to go electric, so we broke up.
In 1997 I was in an experimental band called "World Zoo Aberration"--odd timings, like 13/8, and strange progressions--key changes every measure, and rock style vocals--it was like modern art rock. Then everyone got burned out by 1999, as well as almost losing friendships, and the band dissolved.
Since 2000 my music has been reaching new heights. I'm currently working at putting together a portfolio I can send off to indie record labels and radio stations.
I am still working on a new live set, but am also trying to again promote my electronic music as I have finally gotten out of a rut that I've been in for about seven months.

I'm still in process of getting my solo set together, but it's slow because it's slightly on the back burner: I've quit drugs, have joined a gym, am down to 200 pounds from 248, and am just trying to get my life back together before really focusing heavily on music again.
sup man! hope yer turkey day just rules! still hope you reconsider a melodic performance in your future as a front man! all goes well man. swing by for some pumpkin cheese cake! the ol lady is a killer cook!
Thanks for the add. Great easy going music on the edge of acoustics and electronics! Really enjoyed listening. Reminds me ol'school Secret Service sometimes. Wishing you all the best. Good luck. Keep on great inspiring production. Renoise rulez forever! Greetings from Ukraine. Cheers. Max.
"You didn't have to go"...nice, jazzy, accoustic song. Sounds carefree, reminds me of something "breezy" if that's a way to describe a song? Beautiful..thank you so much for sharing it. How's the recordings going in Spokane?
I thought it was about time I paid my respects and left a comment...if you like Kizzume's music check out my track 'Rivers of Dismay' - he is the featured vocalist. And remember folks, its Kih-zoom, not Kih-zoom-me.
Hey! Thanks for the kind words and thanks for taking the time to listen. You have got some great sounding music yourself. I really like Mountain of Truths. Keep in touch!
