I love to do cosplay and integrate costuming into my karaoke show. I do cosplay for fun and because it gives my karaoke performance the added edge of excitement I love! Rad! Visual kei is new and bold!

Dressing up is a major part of our daily life; for example, we wear a suit and tie when we go to work, or wear the latest fashion brands when we go on a date. Self is a mutable aspect. I cosplay, since I can be the image that I choose to be. My favorite cosplay roles are Generic Rock Star or Gothic Lolita.
I love to use belly dance moves when I sing! As well as being a student of Japanese language and culture, I study American Tribal Bellydance (ATB) at Fat Chance Belly Dance, 670 S. Van Ness Ave, San Francisco. The founder of Fat Chance Belly Dance, Carolina Narducci, and members of the dance troupe teach intro and intermediate classes at the Fat Chance Belly Dance studio on Van Ness. I take private belly dance lessons from Jill Parker of Ultra Gypsy Belly Dance Troupe, San Francisco.

:: ABOUT ME :: I moved here from Hawaii in 2000. In Hawaii, I had a band called the ACID ROCK PARTY, a.k.a. the PSYCHEDELIC ROCK PARTY. This alternative/classic rock band played at the Sting, Ala Moana Hotel; Snappers, Waikiki; Anna Bananas, Honolulu, and private parties. I was a jazz vocalist at Magner's on the Park, and with pianist, Danny Ironstone, at the New Orleans Bistro, Waikiki. I worked as a hapa Hawaiian singer and hula dancer for a group called the Ebbtides at conventions; as well as, doing casual gigs with jazz and blues rock bands. Most recently, I worked as a back-up singer for Zakiya Hooker, when she played at the Club Jazz Nouveau in San Francisco.
In Waikiki, I have worked various music gigs as a KJ at Outrigger Hotel, Blue Water Cafe, and private parties. I was trained by Remy Abelliera (Blue Water Cafe, Waikiki) and Lenson Sonoda (Blue Water Cafe, Waikiki, and Top of the Ilikai, Honolulu) to do a high energy, culturally diverse karaoke show. Since returning to the mainland, I have worked as a KJ for Acapulco Restaurant and Cantina in Santa Clara for over five years. Recently, two San Francisco clubs have added my karaoke show to their weekly entertainment line-up, El Rincon and Il Pirata.
Hey we have a really great show coming up September 19 at Broadway Studios San Francisco. Come check us out... We really love to put on a great show for you in a really great venue.
