I enjoy working in my yard. Kent and I are not afraid of hard work, but we play hard too! We love to dance and so do our little ones. We're not into the bar scene, so we look for public events to listen to music and dance where the lil ones can go too. We will go to the bars on occasion, but mostly just to listen to a really good band. Slow dancin (belly-rubbin) with my honey is the best. Kent retired from the military last year, so we are spending our time catching up and getting to know each other all over again. In sports, I enjoy watching hockey which I don't see much of in SW LA, rodeo, and Nascar..Go Jimmy Johnson, Lowes 48 Car, 2006, 2007, & 2008 Sprint Cup Champion! (YES, 3 BACK-TO-BACK CHAMPIONSHIPS! History made, my friends! Let's talk history-making 4-peat...can he do it friends?) I'm not much of a "sports" person. If I'm playing sports...gotta bowl, baby! Outside of that, it's home and family (which includes our adopted additions, but you'll have to see my pics to believe that). Because of my honey, I had no choice but become a TIGERS FAN. GO LSU!
I am also interested in paranormal research. I am a member of Southwest Louisiana(SWLA) Paranormal, a not-for-profit group of investigators dedicated to the scientific study of paranormal activity. Heroes
My parents, 42 yrs together Dec 3,2008, my grandparents who surpassed 60 years together (I was so lucky to have my grandparents around into my adult life!), Kent's parents, 50 years together November 29, 2008 (here's hoping Kent & I live long enough to try for that goal)......the men and women now serving in our armed services, all veterans......and most importantly My Lord...
About me: I am married to Kent Vincent of Sulphur, and I'm the mother of 4 girls....Our children, my very intelligent, full-of-vim & vigor 8-yr-old from my first marriage, a 6-month old already attitude-filled daughter, as well as 23- and 20-year old young ladies from Kent's 1st marriage who have stolen my heart as if they've held it captive since their births. Our 23-yr-old has made us the proud grandparents of a very handson grandson; James turned a year old in July 2009. After so many years of mistakes in relationships and searching, I have found my true soulmate in Kent. I only wish we had realized it 25 years ago running the ole neighborhood as kids, back when we were "buddies", playing ball, riding bikes, and building camps. Kent retired from the United States Air Force on 1 Aug 08(23 years), and we were married Sept 6th, 2008. I have a small home business as Notary Public for the State of Louisiana in Calcasieu Parish, but I do that by appointment only, as I stay so busy with career and family activities. I can also be found at kjnpwe@yahoo.com
Who I'd like to meet: I already have the love of my life, my true life match, (finally...it took me a lot of years and a lot of mistakes to figure out he was right down the road) so I would just like to meet new people with the same interests as me, or even reconnect with good ole friends .....
