'21st century genius' composer, music producer, steampunk, geek.. just who or what is KK?.. .. KK (Kevin Kerrigan, but easier to spell) forged his unique sound working as a studio wizard with an eclectic range of collaborators, from Bjork to Brian Eno..... before forming The Steampunk Orchestra and releasing 3 cinematic fantasy soundtrack albums. After a brief spell lending his esoteric talent to a number of pop acts, including Britney, Natalie Imbruglia, Dido, Yusuf Islam, KT Tunstall etc KK began to craft music for film (notably working with James Newton Howard), TV, a popular series of childrens albums (The Rainbow Collections with Zero 7's Sophie Barker) and even a circus!.... Eno once described KK as ....'an alchemist..'.. - his inventive work is indeed a steampunk hybrid. A rich tapestry of experience behind him, maestro KK conjours original musical treasures with the imagination and flair of a virtuoso.
