01. Sandy Hunter "Rare Trap" (2000 and One Cut) [Remote Area]
Klaus Benedek grew up in a small town near Baden, Lower Austria. At the age of 5 he took notice of electronic music. In music- and youthbroadcasts Wurlitzer and X-Large little Klaus saw Musicclips from Kraftwerk, Moby, Adamski, Depeche Mode, U96, Snap and Co which he immediately locked in his heart. Euro-dance and techno became his favourite music-style at this time. In 1998 when he was 11 years of age, trance-sounds dominated his world (Atb, Paul van Dyk, Talla 2xlc, …). At this time he began to create his own music with ejay and magix-sequencers althoug he only was able to use prepared samples and melody-lines. Radio and tv broadcasts from big raves like mayday, nature one or loveparade inspired his dream to become a dj and producer.
After a short hardtechno period (“Schranz”), he took notice of music and mixes by Richie Hawtin, Sven Väth and Loco Dice in loads of radioshows . Since then Klaus was completely addicted to the “pure” electronicmusic-sound. He didn't care if it's minimal, detroit or electro house. Klausi liked it all!
After an education as a painter 2005, he decided to adopt his own way and bought 2x Stanton t.120, a Denon DN-X300 mixer and lots of plugins and sequencers. To get more informations about mixing and creating music he visited the SAE Vienna which ended for him in April 2007.
2009 the track "Hectic" was released on the Grazer netlabel Petrol Dollar Recordings. As a DJ he played in wellknown clubs and locations in Austria, like Camera Club, V-Club, The Zoo, Massiv, Flex (all in Vienna), frei.raum (St.Pölten) and Pankraz (Klagenfurt).
2008 he began residencies at the Hi:Fi Wednesdays in the U4 and the MNML Thursdays in the Camera Club.

I'am happy that individuals feel that i sound like him,, and remind them of his sweet voice... But there is only one Michael Jackson, and their will never be another... He's a icon of epic porportions... I'am glad to of been the generation that got to see him up close and witness his magic... I'am always thinking of you Michael day and night.. and i only hope you are looking down on us, and never leave us alone....for we are not alone... You have givin us the opportunity to see the limits of Gods power when he bless someone with a Gift... You are surely a work of Art, a Masterpiece that is glorious to behold. Your entire body would execute moves that would boggle the mind... and dazzle one's eyes. How can we not watch you when you are in your Zone.
