   About Klescht and Whieldon
Klescht: drums, cajon, percussion. Whieldon: basses, guitars, keyboards, production. Formed only this year - Jan 2008 - Klescht & Whieldon are serious about their art. Despite hailing from different parts of the Globe: they have a particular synchronicity when it comes to playing. Kleschts tightness on drums is locked in with Whieldons haunting harmonics. Klescht and Whieldon concentrate solely on the music. Rhythm and melody. Based in Exeter, southwest England, they are producing a varied body of work that attempts go beyond the mundane and the mediochre and so touch the spirit of the listener. Having played in a variety of bands ranging from folk to country to punk, they are now producing what is closer to their hearts - energetic alternative rock - the foundation of which is tight drum/bass cohesive phrases married with inspired colouful guitar highlights. Klescht & Whieldon produce music for television and film, do session work and occasionally perform live. New material on its way.....
