    ...... ..Kloot Per W, muzikant, inwoner van Tervuren en creatieve en artistieke duizendpoot, werkte de afgelopen zes maanden hard aan een CD in het lokale Tervuurse dialect. Het eindresultaat werd een mix van unieke zonovergoten rocknummers over diverse onderwerpen uit het mondaine Tervuren, zoals het beroemde park, een lijk en Eddy Merckx. Deze CD kreeg de titel “Sloppel Tervuere”. Per W lanceerde het idee een jaar geleden bij het gemeentebestuur van Tervuren. Vijftien rocknummers in het lokale dialect, gebundeld op één CD. Het initiatief sloeg meteen aan, zodat de gemeente Tervuren besliste om Per W zijn artistieke ambities te ondersteunen. Voor een gemeentebestuur is de release van een CD een uniek project, dat met vijftig minuten muziek over Tervuren een stevige bijdrage levert om de gemeente ook muzikaal op de kaart te zetten. De nummers op de CD werden grotendeels gebaseerd op de persoonlijke ervaringen van Per W en zijn kinderjaren in het grote Tervuren – zoals het moment waarop hij plots zonder zijwieltjes fietste, de Ronde Van Frankrijk met Eddy Merckx (toen inwoner van Tervuren) en het lijk dat hij vond in een van de vijvers in het park. Maar, ook thema’s zoals een ordinaire appelsien (‘den arongappel’) en de beroemdste leerling van de Tervuurse schilderschool Hippolite Boulanger (‘Polite Boulanger’) komen aan bod. In het nummer “In Tervuere sprekte Vloms” is een grappige up-tempo aaneenrijging van Franse woorden die in het Tervuurs dialect geslopen zijn. Aan de CD werkten enkele andere grote namen mee zoals Jan Hautekiet, zelf van oorsprong inwoner van Tervuren, en Eric Baranyanka, muzikale kameleon. En, zoals het hoort bij een dergelijk project, werden al de nummers bij Kloot Per W thuis in de Molenweg in Tervuren opgenomen en ingezongen. De CD is een document dat de geschiedenis, het groene en het heemkundige van de gemeente in kaart brengt, maar niet minder een meer dan behoorlijk popdocument is, dat ook voor de oren van inwoners ver buiten Tervuren is bestemd. Het academisch en encyclopedisch karakter werd tot een minimum beperkt, de voorkeur werd gegeven aan een goeie popsongs, die de geschiedenis van Per W, en de gemeente waarin hij opgroeide en nu nog altijd woont, weergeeft. Dit uniek document van een doorsnee maar tevens uitzonderlijke gemeente in het hartje van Vlaams-Brabant wordt officieel voorgesteld op donderdag veertien mei om 19 uur in café de Keizerskroon op de Markt van Tervuren. .. .. .... .. -Those who know the past are better armed to face the future. Young people find it harder to see music in it's historical perspective. Luckily there are still enough people who know, cherish and expose the public to the past. One of them is DR. KLOOT - previously known as Kaiser Kloot, Kloot Per W, KPW. ......... He is the one for they invented the word self-sufficient. He was already working in a home studio before someone knew what hat meant. His youngest cd ..HISTORY OF THE WORLD / Part One.. is completely recorded at his home and later mastered in the USA by KRAMER. KRAMER is Dr. Kloots counterpart in the US, a sort of mad genius who produced hundreds of thousand of bands whom everybody forgot about before even knowing them.
