About me:

I would like to own a sea-worthy sailing vessel for obvious reasons of whim. I'm one half of the infamous Lee & K Dekkera Danger Duo. We have two cats named Olive and Peppercorn though we don't plan to eat them, the cats I mean. I'm a godless, homebrew-lovin' heathen. I would love it if you could play the accordion. I eat books, I devour them like a plague of locusts. I like to drink tea in bed whilst reading science fiction by roselight. Sushi dates make me happy. I wish I had a theremin but I don't and unless I build one I probably never will. I highly recommend The Books: The Lemon of Pink, it does good things for some people. I'm something of a health nut.

"Religion easily has the greatest bullshit story ever told. Think about it. Religion has actually convinced people that there's an invisible man living in the sky who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do. And if you do any of these ten things he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry for ever and ever until the end of time. But he loves you! He loves you and he needs money!" George Carlin 1937 - 2008

Don’t go around saying the world owes you a living. The world owes you nothing. It was here first.
Mark Twain

Give me a woman who truly loves beer, and I will conquer the world.
Wilhelm II of Germany

Books to the ceiling,/ Books to the sky,/ My pile of books is a mile high./ How I love them! How I need them!/ I'll have a long beard by the time I read them. - Arnold Lobel

A man's penmanship is an unfailing index of his character, moral and mental, and a criterion by which to judge his peculiarities of taste and sentiments. - 4th Earl of Chesterfield, Philip Dormer Stanhope
