Knabenkraut was formed in 1995 in Hamburg by Oliver (vocals), Gerrit (electric guitars), Thomas (electric guitars) and Björn (Keys, theremin, guitars). Carsten and Melanie joined in later. Carsten overtook the drums, and Melanie's brilliant voice hovers above all. Johannes (bass guitar) made his debut in 2004.
True Love Can Wait, our 1st album was released on Marsh-Marigold in 2003. Currently we're working on our 2nd album, to be released in autumn 2009.
