The KnK Project has a unique, amazing soul: the strange harmony between the guitarist and musician Kupo and the singer-songwriter Kiara. Even their names [Kupo means "dark", "Kiara" means "clear, light"] are symbol of the weird but complete union between the two artists, who work together since 2002.
They have always wanted to create music starting from their own feelings and taste, that's why the band experience have always been difficult for them.
In October 2004, after some months performing live with a drummer and a bass player, they decided to continue their musical career as a duo, with Stefano Breseghello's support at the keyboards. In a few months they created songs enough to have complete live shows, playing their own songs only. Some venues saw KnK on stage as an acoustic duo, some others with electronic bases [recorded in KnK's private studio] and some others , always as a duo, with very soft sounds from guitars, keybords and some bases. The success always came from the public, but never came from producers, who always declined the invitation to their live shows.
In january 2007, Kupo and Kiara started to work with two young writers (Andrea Scarabelli and Gabriele Gambini), and created Milano Kills Bohème, an experimental project for music and literature.
In april 2007, KnK were on air on PlayRadio for the first time with Words.
