| Movies | I would have to say that about 90% of everything released after 2000 is absolute crap. This goes triple for George Lucas' new Star Wars trilogy. However, there have been some uncommon examples of truly great filmmaking recently: The Lord Of The Rings trilogy, American Beauty, Saw 1 and 2, V For Vendetta and a few others I can't really think of right now. | | Television | American Idol must DIE, as well as most network TV shows. Most of my favorite shows have long since been cancelled. I do like South Park, The Sopranos, Penn And Teller's Bullsh*t, Real Time with Bill Maher, most of the shows on The History Channel and any show that features Poker. Among the shows that are no longer with us (thank God for DVD), I like Kung Fu, Married...With Children, Magnum P.I., The A-Team, I Love Lucy, All In The Family, Sanford And Son, The Jeffersons, Monty Python's Flying Curcus, The Munsters and Sex And The City. Did I mention that Ameican Idol must be stopped? At all costs? | | Books | Too many to mention. | | Heroes | Most of my heroes are either figuratively or literally dead. |

About me:
I'm the lead singer of Electric Funeral, the ultimate tribute to classic Black Sabbath, based in Southern California. I live to make as much noise onstage as possible and sing as many songs as I can. I collect vinyl records, mostly from the golden age of metal, the 70's and 80's. I also collect books, DVD's, CD's and bootleg shows in most any format. I've written one book (as yet unpublished) and am working on two more, as well as a collection of poems and lyrics I've used in original songs over the years. I'm a nice guy, which has proven to be more of a liability than an asset. In addition to playing and performing music, I like to read, write, watch movies and listen to just about anything. One of my favorite things to do is get onstage with a friend's band and sing songs with them. If I think of anything else, I'll put it in later.
