2005: Max Mammouth and Kuhn start composing songs for an inside joke band (Latex Dolly Bitch), including 'Regular Headbang' and 'Mosh Parts'. 2007: Max Mammouth leaves Paris to San Diego, for a year. Kuhn and him keep composing songs, using internet to share their ideas. 2008: With Mammouth getting back to Paris, the band reset seriously. After a long and tough struggle to rename the band, Knuckle Down finally came out with great joy and relief. 2009: KD experienced many misfortunes and lost a great deal of time to complete it's line up. Eventually, KD succeeded by finding Jeff on lead guitar and Igor on drums. The four guys rehaearsed their ass off to be ready to record a demo in january 2010. 2010: Knuckle Down hits the studio in Paris and records a four songs demo, titled 'Regular Headbang'. The tracks will eventually be mixed and mastered by Mark Bengston in NYC. Kuhn et lui continue � composer des morceaux, utilisant internet pour �changer leurs id�es. 2008: Avec le retour de Mammouth � Paris, le groupe reprend le travail s�rieusement. Apr�s une lutte longue et ardue pour renommer le groupe, Knuckle Down nait, dans le soulagement g�n�ral. 2009: KD fait face � de nombreuses difficult�s et prend beaucoup de temps pour compl�ter son line up. Finalement, KD trouve l'accord parfait en recrutant Jeff � la guitare et Igor derri�re les futs. Les quatre r�p�tent comme des malades mentaux afin d'�tre pr�ts pour enregistrer une demo en janvier 2010. 2010: Knuckle Down entre en studio � Paris et enregistre sa demo de quatre titres, 'Regular Headbang'. Les morceaux seront finalement mix�s et masteris�s par Mark Bengston � NYC.

Knuckle Down is a french rock band, based in Paris. We believe rock'n'roll is an english infused music, meant to be gutsy and emotionnal. Our goal is not to be cool or anything, we just wanna make good music, get you guys to bang your heads off and sweat a little.
