Josh-there was a Cuban Heels-I even had one of their albums-They broke up recently-They even have a My Space page! But it is a great name! I would use it if I could!
Josh-The eraser can be hard or soft,but for white bucks the eraser MUST be white or pretty near it-any other color will cause the shoes to darken or change color completely-go over the stains lightly with the eraser-they should start to lighten with moderate pressure.Once you've done that,take the LIGHTEST grade sandpaper you can find(I think it's either 210 or 220)cut off a piece that's like 3 or 2 1/2 inches square and start LIGHTLY bringing the sandpaper across the stains in a back-and-forth direction(toe to heel.)Test the sandpaper in an inconspicuous spot first-it should totally erase the stain if you are doing it properly. This should bring the shoes to an almost like new appearance! Or I can do it for you!
