    Koalips is a project of young Russian musician from Moscow. Starting from indie and post rock, at the age of 17 he discovered electronic music and bands such as Gridlock, Funckarma, Autechre. He then began writing music using FL Studio. During this stage he experimented with different genres such as drum and bass, psy trance, industrial, and dark ambient. In the end he chose more a melodic and calm sound, now composing music using the PreSonus Studio One sequencer. In 2009 he sent his tracks to the Portuguese netlabel Enough Records and soon after that his first EP, Rain on Mars, was released. After receiving many positive reviews both from ordinary listeners and famous musicians, he continued writing music, searching for his own style. In 2010 Koalips came into his own with a unique sound, a fusion of two parallel genres: ambient IDM, and dub techno. Koalips is a project of young Russian musician from Moscow. Then comes the first steps in writing music using the FL studio program. During this stage he experimented with different genres such as drum and bass, psy trance, Industrial, dark ambient, but in the end chose more melodic and calm sound, now using the PreSonus Studio One sequencer. In 2009 he sent his tracks to the Portugal label Enough Records and soon after that his fist EP Rain on Mars was released. Getting a big number of positive reviews both from ordinary listeners and famous musicians, he continues writing music. In 2010 Koalips comes up with the final version of his style and is working in two parallel genres IDM/Ambient and Dub Techno. In all his tracks he is trying to reveal deep, boundless, beautiful atmosphere of space and universe.
