Kings of A&R has been in the forefront of the music business for over a decade and has radically changed the way talent scouts at major music companies discovered artists. Instead of spending time at various clubs and traveling across the globe, the who's who of the music industry began their day by clicking on Kingsofar.com hoping to find the Next Big Thing.
