About KOHATRED

Zusammengefunden um Arsch zu treten, erwachte kohatred aus Hessen 2006 zum Leben. Das Quintett nahm fortan die Probenarbeit auf, musste jedoch alsbald einen Wechsel am Mikrophon sowie der Rhytmusabteilung hinnehmen. Nichts desto trotz wurde mit Hochdruck an eigenem Songmaterial gearbeitet. Nach dem Ausstieg des Bassisten konnte Anfang 2007 endlich Ersatz gefunden werden.

Trotz all dieser Umbesetzungen entstand das selbstproduzierte Debutalbum "Feel the silence", welches Ende 2007 veröffentlicht wurde.

Die Mischung aus treibenden Riffs und melodiösen Linien, gepaart mit kraftvollen Shouts zeigt, was Metal für die Jungs bedeutet. Kein Geplänkel, keine Spielerei! Direkt ins Gesicht, das ist kohatred.
Also, schnallt euch an wenn kohatred in eure Stadt kommt...

English version

Converged to kick ass, kohatred from Germany was born in 2006. In spite of several changes at the mic, the drums and the bass, the guys worked hard on their own songs. Since beginning of the year 2007 the line-up is complete and now, end of the year, their first self-produced demo "Feel the silence" is out.

The mix of driving riffs, melodic hooks and powerful shouts shows their understanding of metal. In your face, that's kohatred!
