This group of childhood friends came together in June of 2006 to produce a vicous sound that speaks to the world.
They are;

Kojii is a Dublin born band of solid musicians with a strong grasp on performance and they have mastered the art of capturing the attention of an audience.
With theatrical, burlesque style performances from front woman Kojii and the sleek men in black behind her powering through catchy, hardcore tunes, this live show can be known to start off with some frightening surprises that hit you in the gut like no other Irish band.
Kojii has the deadly ability to incorporate punk, rock, raw, sexy "scream-all-you-like" sounds that force a body to dance and they can drum up some serious road rage if the listener is behind the wheel of a car.
In mid-August 2006 an Irish film director requested the band to star in an ident for one of Ireland's main TV networks (TV3). Network executives loved the bands style and sound and asked them to record a Kojii version of the networks well-known ident jingle. This is the first time TV3 has allowed anyone else to re-do their trademark theme. This ident airs twice a day, 7 days a week, during prime time programming for all of Ireland to see until 2008. They also filmed a funny horror version which was aired for Halloween.
Currently the band are on winter break as they prepare their upcoming EP.
This EP is being set for release in 2008 as well as the launch of their hot upcoming music video for "Surprise". Not to mention the odd short film cameo roles that can be spotted soon.

Courtesy of world-renown artist Gottfried Helnwein, Kojii and engineer Frank McGing created a studio in the library of his home, Castle Gurteen de la Poer, in Tipperary, Ireland (where the famous wedding of Marilyn Manson & Dita von Teese was held).
