Needing a change of pace from he and his brothers critically acclaimed trip hop/jazz outfit, The Condition, Steve Mitchell started something new. Using harder beats, darker atmospheres, and heavy electronics, he started Komodo.
Opening many times for the seminal underground blues rock outfit, XO, he was given the chance to play EBM/Electro for folks who were NOT there for electro, thus opening doors and gaining new and interesting fans.
Now 2006 is the break out year for Komodo. He hopes your ready.
They say that “three” is a crowd. Well, you heard right! Every 3rd Thursday of every month, the Stone Bar in Hollywood will present original music from unique, eclectic musicians in the most intimate live music setting. It is definitely something to crowd around!
