TOMOHIRO KONDO first started out in a band called PEALOUT in 1994, with band mates
Yoshiro Okazaki and Koji Takahashi. They stood out in the scene with
their originality
being a loud guitar trio band also with danceable piano aspects. Since
their debut
appearance in the world-famous FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL in 1999, they ended up
making their
way 6 times altogether including one of TOMOHIRO's solo appearances.
However after 11
years, with 8 original albums, July, 2005, they decide to officially
discontinue
PEALOUT. With all respect, they chose FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL, July 30, for
their last
stage.
So then on from August 2005, TOMOHIRO KONDO starts solo. Obviously there
were so much
more to express post-PEALOUT now with his acoustic guitar and piano,
playing acoustic
tunes. In June 2006, first solo album "KONDO TOMOHIRO" is released which
accompanied
participation by artists such as; Hiroyuki Hanada (ex. THE ROOSTERS),
Hiroshi Yamaguchi
(HEATWAVE), Kazuhide Yamaji (dip), Hisashi the KID (THE BEACHES),
Hiroshi Kido (JUDE).
September 2006, releases another album "KONDO TOMOHIRO WO HIKIGATARU",
and since
November, starts selling his first live DVD "KONDO TOMOHIRO NO YUBE" at
his gigs and
through Amazon.
