(this is in my opinion quite possibly the most famous and best of all the Scoptitone film)
Originally from France Scoptitone's also invaded the UK and American markets, with many crazy often *risque* 16mm films of scantly clad women dancing to the popular hits of Europe and American songs of the early to late 1960's ~ The Scoptitone's popularity died out in the early 1970's and most of the machines were scrapped.....they are now highly sought after and very expensive collectors items.
....and note Scoptitone's predated MTV and music videos by almost 30 years!

(I swear that Richard Lester's movie"THE KNACK"either got the girls style from this show or the show stole the idea from the movie....but everyone who's from England knows what I'm talking about *wink*)

(Kat Meyers and a very rare pre-production Shelby American GT350 1967 (car number 67)......look at the crazy upper belt line brake lights in the fastback pillar rear scoops, they were put there while when racing, cars tailgate and these lights were perfect to see when doing this and thus often avoiding racing collisions, but sadly these were considered too high for "normal" brake lights when driving on the road and were outlawed in the state of California in very late 1966!)

I love sexy Christmas greetings! That photo is incredible! I hope you had a nice holiday. I can honestly say this is the first year I'm completely okay with Christmas being over. New baby+last minute Christmas shopping=large amounts of stress.
