There too many to list but the obvious ones have to be doc , tony , grisman, jerry, allison kraus, chris thile , bryan sutton . The not so obvious would probably be : foggy hogtown boys , creaking tree string quartet , jenny whitleley , joey wright , dan whiteley, marc roy and more of those great pickers from ontario. Along with bill coon , jen scott , ron peters, rene worst , tom keenlyside and the rest of bc swing workshop instructors. Also the amazing musicians and great people we have run into along the way. Kootenay Grass Company came together out of late night picking parties in 2001. We have our moments, but more than anything we enjoy playing music together and having a good time.We will be working on our second cd this winter. We have done a lot of playing around the southern interior in BC this summer and hope to see more of the country soon.
