I'm a DJ person living in Stockholm, Sweden but originally from Budapest, Hungary. I play straight up non-linear techno and house beats sprinkled with random good stuff for your mind, body and soul. I first got hooked on electronic music through hearing my Mom's Kraftwerk records as a kid. In the late nineties I started out playing different forms of dance music at small parties and kept going until I got a residency at legendary Stockholm nightclub Paradise in 2005.
Ever since Paradise closed in 2006, I've been working as a full time DJ and promoter here in Stockholm. Everyone agrees that the parties me and my friends throw are the best in town. My main club project is Ficks, a mixed night that I run together with my friends Makode and Ulrich on the beautiful F12 terrace here in town. Previous projects include Nacht at the Spy Bar, Happy Nation at Marie Laveau, and Teatron, a venue I opened up and managed which was the first one in Stockholm built from scratch to host techno and house nights. I may or may not also be strongly connected with Stockholm's finest underground party organization, Kruthuset.
Since 2007 I regularly host the P3 Dans show on Swedish nationwide FM radio - the people at P3 tell me it's the biggest show for electronic music in Scandinavia so YAY! If you're a producer or label person working with electronic dance music and want your tracks to grace the Swedish airwaves, don't hesitate to send me some music.
Over the last few years I've played before, after or together with some of the world's greatest DJ's and live acts, such as Richie Hawtin, Mathew Jonson, Matthew Dear, Wighnomy Brothers, Ewan Pearson, Radio Slave, Marcel Dettmann, Bodycode/Portable, Erol Alkan, Roman Flügel, 2000 And One, Shinedoe, Joris Voorn, Gabriel Ananda, Ivan Smagghe, Vitalic, Tadeo, Technasia, Tiga, Jesper Dahlbäck, Adam Beyer, Joel Mull and many more.
I've played all the major and minor venues up and down Sweden as well as a variety of clubs and festivals in Mexico City, Berlin, Barcelona, Budapest, London, Aix-En-Provence, Antwerp, Prague, Brno, Hamburg, Tallinn and Copenhagen.
This spring I'm busy working in the Barnhus studio together with hotshots Axel Boman and Petter. Things are sounding good - new music coming soon!
