What exams are you taking now? Aren't you heading towards your associate's degree? I am a bit out of date, I fear. Cute pic of the kids. Hay rides can be fun.

What did I miss today in class? The City of Stevens Point issued a Snow Emergency and they towed my car because there is no where else to park downtown except in public parking lots and if you were parked anywhere on public property they towed your car. So long story short I had to pay 147 bucks to get it back.

Okay, so I met w/ Hilary to discuss my paper and she said it was good except I talked about too much stuff and I needed to cut it down some, no surprise there cuz it was like 8 pages. I'm probably going to turn it in on Friday, how about you?

Okay, so yesterday I woke up super goddamn early to make sure I wrote that paper w/ enough time to proofread and stuff. I spent 6 hours writing it because I chose "The Eve of St. Agnes" because it was long and I needed to make sure I had enough things to talk about. Then AFTER writing the paper I thought I should check my e-mail here at the college and guess what? I noticed that Teynor had pushed the due date back! Grrr!

We read "The Importance of Being Ernest" in Intro to Lit...its pretty funny! I've always wanted to read "Jane Eyre"....sounds like a good selection though! Maybe we'll get more in depth this semester because we wont have so much material to cover!

Well, then tell me about the kids. How are they doing? I am sure you'll be able to remember your German when you take a class again. Otherwise, I'll jump in and help. Take care. Hope you, Melissa and the kids will have a nice Julfest.

Hey Kortalh(where is that name from, anyway? Some mythology that I just haven't looked into enough? Imaginitive, regardless), I'm Kyle (or Atma on IOE) and I was just searching through for other writers like myself. I was wondering if you were interested, even mildly, in checking our site out:

http://www.islandsofelements.com

We're a writing forum where members write poems, journal entries, and epic stories in a specific high-fantasy setting. Who knows, it might help you out when writer's block comes rolling around. We've all had that.

MySpace hat keine Umlaute und mag sie nicht. Ich sah Korpiklaani auf 2 Konzerten. Von da kenne ich die neuen Lieder. Super. Die CD bestelle ich erst im Mai (kein Geld).

And about the "ich" and "ach" sounds ... The truth is somewhere between you and that girl. "ach" would be similar to the Spanish j like in Tijuana. The "ich" sound is produced higher in the throat. I cannot really explain it here. I should record it for you. Some people make a "sh" sound in ich but this is mainly done by foreigners (especially from Southern and Sotheastern Europe) or in underclass sociolects.

Das war sehr gut. Du hast noch einige Artikel und Fälle verwechselt. Das ist aber schwer und du lernst das sicher noch. Toll. Wir können jetzt auf Deutsch reden.

And about the forum ... we'll see. Probably not right now. But I am telling you the same as I already told Jasmine last night who wanted me to come visit. Not now but the time might come. Piraan showed me that wiki thing and I entered some info about me. Did you read that?
