Hello Welcome to Myspace. I am a professional musician, playing guitar for a living. I do various projects from working with bands, teaching and session work.
I am co manager of a 5 piece band called Freebird, which takes up most of my time. My part to the band involves promoting, getting gigs and organising tours, as well as playing lead guitar.
Recently i have just started a duo project, aiming to gig pubs and clubs in the south east. Im am writing material aswell as performing covers. The influences of this duo project ranges from Neil Young (inc. Crazy Horse), Acoustic Led Zep and Rolling stones.
I teach electric or acoustic guitar to people of all ages and abilities. I am available to teach most times of day and very flexible. I teach mainly blues/rock/pop/metal most contempary music. I can also teach pupils slide guitar. If the student would like me to go through grades, i am able to that as i have acomplished upto grade 8 standard.
The session work i have done has been mainly filling in as a guitar player but i can play harmonica to a reasonable standard. I do also have studio experience, including live recording.
