Rock (old and new) and some alternative. The coolest CD purchase I've made recently was Kings of Leon. I'm also a huge fan of my son's music.

Science fiction, fantasy, and funny stuff. Liked "XMen-3" and "Wolverine" better than the first two. "Serenity" is terrific! I've seen the first "Star Wars" so many times, I can say the dialog along with the characters. I love those teen coming-of-age comedies, like 10 Things I Hate About You and Superbad. The older ones, like 16 Candles, are fantastic, too. Old School and Forgetting Sarah Marshall made me laugh like a fool.

Numbers, Castle, Leverage, Bones, 30 Rock, The Office, The Daily Show and Colbert Report on Comedy Central, American Idol (don't groan, you know you secretly watch it, too), Family Guy, Friday Night Lights, and lots of HBO and Showtime stuff, like Dexter, True Blood, and The Tudors.

Some of my favorite young adult books include: "Stones of Abraxas" is the greatest! Louise Rennison's series about Georgia Nichols' trials as an lovelorn English schoolgirl is hysterically funny. I can't forget Harry Potter (although I didn't like the last one) and Artemis Fowl. Love the Bartimaeus books. Twilight is great, but the last 2 books should have each been at least 100 pages shorter. The Graveyard Book and The Hunger Games are instant classics.

None - I don't want to put this kind of pressure on anyone.
