About me:
Return on the History.... following the events which have occurred on the territory of Kosovo since 1999 and following the destruction of their districts and dwellings, an important Romani population (evaluated with 140000 individuals) was in the obligation to leave this same territory, where they were established and had lived for more than 4 centuries. This population, in addition to the endured moral damages, with lost personal dwellings, furniture, goods, patrimonial richnesses and often even lives. The exile also involved a devalorization of the people, by the loss of work, the level of study, the obligation to integrate new society, a new language, and so forth...
Nowadays, more than 80 % of the Romani population who was living in the Kosovo territory left and is found today disseminated through all Europe - mainly in France, in Germany, in Belgium, in Italy and in the majority of the other countries of the European Community. Some had to leave Europe to take refuge in Canada. Many was recognized like refugees (in France for example) and had their situation regularized, that's not the case in the majority of the other European countries, in particular in Germany.
Roma did not choose the exile, it was imposed, under the pressure of extremists and terrorists Albanian. Neither the KFOR, nor the United Nations, however witnesses of these racist actions, intervened. Almost no media referred to these facts to the eyes of the international community. Nothing was done for prevented this human catastrophe.
In 2006, the symbolical roma quartier (Mahala) of Mitrovica was entirely destroyes with bulldozer and dynamite...

Retour sur l'Histoire.... suite aux évènements survenus sur le territoire du Kosovo depuis 1999 et notemment suite à la destruction de leurs quartiers et habitations, une population rom importante (évaluée à 140000 individus) s'est retrouvée dans l'obligation de quitter ce même territoire, là même où elle était établie et vivait depuis plus de 4 siècles. Cette population, outre les dommages moraux endurés, à perdu habitations, mobilier, biens personnels, richesses patrimoniales et souvent même des vies. L'exil a également entraîné une dévalorisation des personnes, par la perte du travail, du niveau d'étude, l'obligation d'intégrer nouvelle société, une nouvelle langue, etc, en somme tous les problèmes liés à l'exil.
A l'heure actuelle, plus de 80 % de la population rom qui vivait au Kosovo a quitté ce territoire et se retrouve aujourd'hui disséminée à travers toute l'Europe - principalement en France, en Allemagne, en Belgique, en Italie et dans la plupart des autres pays de la Communauté Européenne. Certains ont également quitter l'Europe pour se réfugier au Canada. Beaucoup ont été reconnus comme réfugiés (en France par exemple) et ont vu leurs papiers régularisés, ce qui n'est pas le cas dans de tous et dans la plupart des autres pays européens.
Les Roms n'ont pas choisi l'exil, celui-ci leur a été imposé, sous la pression de groupes extrémistes et terroristes. Ni la KFOR, ni les Nations Unies, pourtant témoins de ces actions racistes, ne sont intervenues. Aucun médias n'a reporté ces faits aux yeux de la communauté internationale. Rien n'a été fait pour empêché cette catastrophe humaine.
