We're Kovak, we live in Brighton, we love people who dance, spill their pints, snog strangers, love our music and have a kebab on the way home! We've just been invited to play at Toronto's fabulous North By North East music festival in Canada this June and we're currently in the middle of recording our 2nd album with dance producer Andy Gray (Hard Fi, Paul Oakenfold, Gary Numan, Enter Shikari) at Arreton Manor, a 15th Century haunted house on the Isle Of Wight using a museums worth of analogue vintage synths. Look out for our next Club Kovak summer 2011 and get your dancing shoes at the ready. Previous shows have included DJ sets from The Orb and The Go! Team as well as a host of great live electro/dance bands including Eugene Machine and The Woo! Worths. .... Two tracks from our album 'Heroes & High Heels' have been used on the hit Canadian TV show 'Make It Or Break It' on CBO, It's kinda like Hollyoaks but with Canadians! Our sleazy electro pop toon 'Sex Electric' has been used in the new Michael madsen and Steven Berkoff film 'The Big I Am'. It's a naughty scene containing a naked lady and can also be seen below. ;) .... Both videos for ..I'll Be Good To You.. are also online. Check out the Dazza cam. Our backwards 1 take disco, party mess of a video to ..Electric City Lights.. was selected to be showcased on Virgin On Demand's Music Channel - so you can watch it at home on your TV for free. We're also currently arranging a new shoot with legendary video producer Tim Pope who has worked with artists as diverse as The Cure, Soft Cell, Neil Young and David Bowie. .... "My Boyfriend Is A Rockstar" was recently the most requested track on Japanese Radio Show "Good Morning Garage" the most popular morning radio show in Tokyo for 2 weeks in a row. ....
