I like lifting at the gym, staying in shape, the occasional weekend drinking, hanging out with my friends, wrenching on my mini truck, doing random spontaneous things, skiing, automobiles, supporting my sports teams, computers and electronics.

well the truck needed a bed and i got one for my red one and i put the red one the multi colored one. i had a spare hood the red on on the 4 banger and i was going to re paint and everything but i dont have the time. im trying to sell iit for 1700 bucks

oh and the motor... well i piss with it every night so it should be ready here real soon to drop in.. i just gotta get some odds and ends to finsh it up like rad, fans, rear, clutch, and clutch slave cylinder just the small shit now haha

yea i will try to stay motivated, if work still screws me every other week, than iwill have no problem at all being motivated, lol. Oh and btw, no one knew Manny was juicing it, so no one is SAFE! not even you!
I would go to a gym, but none of the ones here are worth it, they all arnt that great. And the bowflex is good for some workouts, just the chest i felt 100x more on the dumbbells. and F U for the 95lb dumbbells! If i was 6ft+ and was on steriods, i would be too, lol. All i am saying is that for liftiing only for a week and a half and not lifted for more than a year, im at 52.5lbs on my last set, not bad to me!
will do man. It did feel better doing it with the dumbbells vs. my bowflex, i hopei dont get too strong and need heavier dumbbells, cuz they can get expensive, lol. Shit maybe by the time that ur over here on the east coast, i will have some nice B cups, lol....
hey man, thanks for the chart and btw, the 10-8-6-4 workout was great today. I am doing that instead of 6-6-6-6 reps. Its not alot, but i just started, but i ended with doing dumbbells flys and press's for my final sets with my 52.5 lb dumbbells and it felt great! Work is a great motivator when its pissing you off, lol
