While acting is my current endeavor, there are many other things that I love. I am most proud of my schooling. Education is your key to understanding, and I now have the tools as well as the freedom to do whatever I want in life. I graduated from UCLA in March 2008 with a BA in history.
For fun, I’m entertained by arts and crafts. Lanyards (like the ones you make at camp), crocheting (tried knitting, but I never finished any of the several scarves I started!) beading (making necklaces, earrings, rings, etc) paint by number (I can’t draw very well!), Perler beads (where you melt the individual beads into a design with an iron), and other things that involve using my hands.
I’m also a great big animal lover. Not only do I have 3 dogs and 3 goldfish, but I also have wild deer that I hand feed in my backyard during the summer months. I’ve also enjoyed various up-close-and-personal visits with animals including beluga whales, sea lions, dolphins, stingrays, sharks, and manatees in the water, as well as monkeys, giraffes, rhinos, an orangutan, zebras, bongos, and birds of all sorts. I’ve taken horseback riding lessons for a little over a year.
While I hope to continue acting for as long as possible, I have several other career paths that I would also love to pursue. I’ve always loved kids and sharing information and knowledge, so I would love the opportunity to teach 4th or 5th grade. Also, in a similar vein, I have a very deep connection with the animal kingdom and would love to work as an animal trainer. After the chance to interact with beluga whales a few weeks ago, they would be my animal of choice, but I would love the opportunity to work with any and all animals.

THE trees are in their autumn beauty, The woodland paths are dry, Under the October twilight the water Mirrors a still sky; Upon the brimming water among the stones Are nine-and-fifty Swans.
The nineteenth autumn has come upon me Since I first made my count; I saw, before I had well finished, All suddenly mount And scatter wheeling in great broken rings Upon their clamorous wings.
I have looked upon those brilliant creatures, And now my heart is sore. All's changed since I, hearing at twilight, The first time on this shore, The bell-beat of their wings above my head, Trod with a lighter tread.
Unwearied still, lover by lover, They paddle in the cold Companionable streams or climb the air; Their hearts have not grown old; Passion or conquest, wander where they will, Attend upon them still.
But now they drift on the still water, Mysterious, beautiful; Among what rushes will they build, By what lake's edge or pool Delight men's eyes when I awake some day To find they have flown away?
I think this is one of the most beautiful poems around, the last line always makes me mist up a little. Have a great day.
