- Studied at St.Petesrburg University of Culture and Arts for music management. Started working for Kapkan Records / Agency in 2003 as A&R manager (about 20 releases a year), later as booking agent also. For 6 years organized about 800 club events mostly for the bands of Kapkan. Vladimir also organizes big Russian tours (about 30 cities a year).
- For last 3 years Kapkan Records started working as an agency bringing international acts to St.Petersburg and other big cities of Russia: Norma Jean (US), Suicidal Tendencies (US), Napalm Death (UK), The Exploited (UK), Bloodpit (FIN), RinneRadio (FIN), etc.
- In 2007 started the First International Music Convention in Russia – COLISIUM. Every year it gathers many important people involved in music business from all over the Russia and Europe.
- In 2009 new export agency INDEX was opened to represent the best Russian indie and metal acts worldwide.
