KRANIUS (originaly KRANIUM) was founded and formed in 1996 by Gary Mungins. Christmas 1999 saw KRANIUS's first release the "WHAT I AM" E.P. which recieved an encouragingly, good download success on MP3.com.
The name KRANIUM was changed the following year, to KRANIUS due to unforseen circumstances, and with that, Summer 2000 saw the release of the 1st KRANIUS album, "TURNED TO STONE" which was written, recorded and performed by Gary, and again had excellent download success on MP3.com.
In 2001, Gary made live performances promoting the "TURNED TO STONE" album locally in Manchester UK with a live setup and extra members which later disolved, but in his true spirit of being a musician, Gary is still strong influence and strong ongoing force behind KRANIUS with growing radio play and reviews.
2005 saw, Gary record and release The 2nd KRANIUS album "EVILUTION" which was unleashed ont the the metal loving masses and show that KRANIUS is still a band and a force to be taken notice of and reckoned with!
Early 2007 Marked the start of a new era for KRANIUS as 3 NEW full time members joined KRANIUS. The new line up is:

Paul Barrett - Bass / Backing Vocals
Daryl Cooper - Drums
