General office duties, including switchboard, processing mail (including coordinating standard or “bulk” mail projects), typing medical reports, ordering office supplies, data entry, and filing medical records. Projects for the Board of Directors, the Executive Director, and the Director of Development using Microsoft Publisher and WordPerfect. Minutes of Board of Directors' Meetings. Supervised the work of volunteers and graphics artist. Maintained database of contributors. Also helped coordinate and write grant applications.
1994 to Present: Freelance writer and editor. Assignments on consultant basis: writing, editing, proofreading, desktop publishing, secretarial. 35 mm and Canon A540 photography.
