| | Influences | Many and varied.....first influences were Les Paul, Chet Atkins, Elvis, Chuck Berry, Roy Orbison, Del Shannon......then there were the Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Animals, The Kinks, The Yardbirds,The Who and the trail of evolving British bands that followed in the '60's and beyond....On the American side, influences were Bob Dylan, Arlo Guthrie, The Byrds, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Jefferson Airplane, The Grateful Dead, Buffalo Springfield, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Hot Tuna, Poco, Ozark Mountain Daredevils, Pure Prairie League, New Riders of the Purple Sage, John Prine, Tom Petty, The Eagles, ...and then I fell into Newgrass.....stuff like early Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Old and in the Way, John Hartford, ....So really, my influences have been all over the place..... EXCEPT for jazz, new age and the digression of "other music" that we fell into.
