MySpace a place for friends

Zespół Kręgi powstał pod koniec 2006 roku w Gdańsku. To, co muzycy prezentują na swoich koncertach można opisać jako mocna dawka rocka z elementami progresywnymi. Przez pierwsze dwa lata działalności zespół skupił się na tworzeniu materiału oraz graniu okazjonalnych koncertów, zarówno na Trójmiejskiej scenie jak i poza nią. Druga połowa 2008 roku to liczne zmiany personalne w zespole. Ostatecznie nowym basistą zostaje Paweł ” Pery” Perwejnis. Na przełomie czerwca/lipca 2009 roku, we współpracy z Wojtkiem Noskowiakiem Kręgi zarejestrowały swoją pierwszą EP'kę.

Formed in Gdańsk(Danzig) in late 2006. The name, which alludes to the concentric ripples on the water’s surface after a stone is dropped, does well to reference the reverberation of the rock group’s progressive tendencies, but Kręgi is more about the plunge and its powerful swell than the wake left behind it. This is a heavy fist of hard rock which manages to hold that moment when the cannonball hits the gut, driving it deeper while simultaneously inducing the weightlessness of its propulsion. After gigging around the Tricity and Pomerania 2008 saw the addition of Paweł "Pery" Perwejnis on bass and currently, in cooperation with Wojtek Noskowiak, Kręgi is furiously recording their first album.
