.. "Iraq For Sale" - a documentary about the profit making private corporations which have landed million dollar contracts from the US government and which are seemingly above the law - mercenaries backed by government.
.. "Lilya 4-Ever" (???? 4-EVER) - a harrowing drama of the destitution experienced by so many in Eastern Europe which very often leads to the same result as portrayed in the film - human trafficking.
Two more guys, in this case Bob Dowdell (Cody Bristol) and Bruce Dern (E.J. Stocker) in a comic moment from the episode ”Cousin Eunice” from the 1962 TV Series Stoney Burke. It's a rather amusing short scene!
A note of observation about heroes is in order here first I think: Don't put people on a pedestal because they are celebrities. No-one is perfect and you can rest assured that if you meet celebrities you admire that they will turn out to be just normal people with just as many faults and weaknesses as anyone else.
The real heroes are those who have made a difference to this world or even just one single person by how they live their lives. Here are some of those who have inspired me over the years:

RAGE was formed to raise awareness of the Holodomor (Ukrainian famine of 1932-1933) and to campaign for the man-made famine to be recognised as genocide.
We soon spread our wings as we realised that while our campaign is important, unfortunately genocide is still a fact in today's time and age, Darfur being a very specific example, which also needs to be tackled head on to save lives in the here and now.
Time is running out for the people of Darfur and other ethnic groups in countries like Burma and Somalia and urgent action is necessary to stop the bloodshed.
