Krisis es una banda de rock alternativo de la ciudad de Sarmiento, Chubut; formada en el 2001.
Comenzamos tocando por gusto,pero después la cosa fue tomando color. Leo uno de los primeros integrantes, en un principio tocaba el piano en la banda pero cambio de instrumento porque nos hacia falta un bajo; En esa epoca la banda eran: Marino (voz y guitarra), leo (bajo), mariano (guitarra) y lino (batería). Después Leo se fue a estudiar y llego Analía, pero enseguida dejo porque no era su estilo.
Al tiempo conocieron a Diego, que venía de tocar en otras bandas, el se prendió con nosotros y paso a ser una guitarra y una voz más
Él empujó un poco en el grupo el actual estilo en que se encuentra, haciendonos escuchar a diferentes grupos de diferentes estilos dentro de la musica rock.
El 2004 arrancó con una sensible baja: Leo, uno de los miembros fundadores, deja la banda.
La banda esta integrada entonces por Lino Giacoboni en batería, Mariano Villar en guitarra, Marino Giacoboni en bajo y voz, Diego Godoy en guitarra y voz.
Es durante las vacaciones de verano donde el grupo vuelve a reunirse en su totalidad; para asi dar a conocer su trabajo en cada presentacion.krisis denota un gran cambio en el estilo musical a comparacion de sus comienzos, enfoncandose actualmente en un
sonido poderoso con melodias melancolicas este sonido dificil de clasificar deriva de las mas antagonicas influencias de sus integrantes
Las letras de las canciones dependiendo del autor evocan en el caso de Marino el escribe sobre vivencias personales,aunque segun dice "me gustaría escribir algo sobre la argentina, la situación social; etc." Lino por su parte se basa en cosas reales que le pasaron o le pasan, o en cosas que padece la gente y que el ve, o por ahí en supuestas cosas que le podrían pasar con sus consecuencias, en fin... Diego por su parte dice "Mis canciones están basadas en el amor, la desazón, el cansancio y otros cotidianos infortunios".
En el 2004 Krisis participa en 17 Calabazas compilado hispano The Smashing Pumpkins. Varias bandas de Argentina, México, Chile y España versionando a los pumpkins.
Este homenaje se difundio por latinoamerica, europa y Australia
Elejimos "Glass Theme" por que es un tema que se acerca mucho al estilo de musica que nosotros hacemos; aunque solo lo hacemos en los ensayos,
en vivo hacemos "Ava Adore".
En el 2008 Krisis participa con SIN RUMBO en el nuevo compilado de Licor de mono records "Hablame, decime algo.. por favor" junto a bandas under de Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Mexico y España .
Por suerte ahora existe Internet que por lo menos nos permite a bandas como nosotros ser conocidas en otros lugares que antes hubieran sido imposibles.

KRISIS
