These are some pics from the ballgame on June 10. We went there for Hunter's birthday this year.

I love to write. I have two novels written and numerous poems.







I love photography, mostly portrait photography. I generally like serious expressions in photos. I see so many portraits of big toothy smiles. I think that true beauty is best expressed through the eyes, the windows to the soul. That is best seen in serious expressions. Music of any kind must be playing at all times. I love football and baseball. It doesn't really matter who's playing as long as its a good game. If I had to pick a team I guess it would be Green Bay for football, and Cincinnati for baseball. I like to play sports when I can, mostly softball. I'm completely obsessed with history and literature. I'm a book junkie. I also have an interest in fixing things...when something around my house breaks, I don't call a repairman, I do it myself. I'm fascinated with figuring out how things work. I also like to work on cars (wierd I know). Girls aren't supposed to know how to fix a car, but I've been doing it for years. I also love anything Celtic. I'm hoping one day to have enough time and money to tour Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales.

My friends are amazed by some of the music I listen to (and actually like) I love Celtic guitars and pipes and Irish folk music. I listen to classical (Mozart and Beethoven mostly). I love Rock!!!!!!!! There's really no end to that list.

I don't really watch TV. When I do, I watch

LasVegas, The Medium, South Park, Scrubs. I can't watch the news; its too depressing.

I read whatever catches my mood. A lot of romance. (so I'm a sucker for happily ever after! sue me) I like the classics; Shakespeare (Hamlet is my favorite), J.R.R. Tolkien and the Lord of the Rings Trilogy (yeah, all of them), Dracula by Bram Stoker, and anything by Edgar Allan Poe. I like Stephen King (The Stand is the best!), Dean Koontz, and Sherrilyn Kenyon. The Dark-Hunter Series rocks!

I don't really have any heroes. There are people I admire for their courage, strength, or ability, but I don't hold them to a higher standard or put them on a pedestal. Everyone, even the greatest people in history, were and are essentially human. They make mistakes, have flaws. They cannot be seen as more than human simply because they have a single quality that sets them apart.
