Music	I like a little bit of everything.
Movies	Again, I like a little bit of everything. Action movies, romantic comedies, and old movies are my faves. (Is that a weird combo or what?!)
Television	I don't watch TV anymore. I used to be completely addicted to several shows and could be again if I had cable. It is best to stay away or I'll be stuck in front of the screen again...
Books	Ahem, not to sound reduntant, but, um, yeah. I like a little of everything. Currently into non-fiction in all sorts of subjects. From self help to how to build your own log cabin to parenting to knitting to biographies. I read it all. Fiction wise, I like suspense, chick lit, Christian fiction, even a lot of "young adult" fantasy/sci fi books like Harry Potter and Eragon.
Heroes	I look up to women who truly live the Titus 2 lifestyle. I find it difficult to fulfill that passage and try to learn from those who do it much better than I do.

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition) 2 cups yellow cornmeal 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup corn oil 2 tablespoons honey 1 cup pumpkin puree 1 cup buttermilk Add to Recipe Box My folders: Add to Shopping List Add a Personal Note DIRECTIONS In a large bowl, stir together the cornmeal, baking powder and baking soda. Make a well in the center and pour in the eggs, oil, honey, pumpkin puree and buttermilk. Let the batter stand while you preheat the oven. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Heat an 8 or 9 inch cast-iron skillet on the stovetop until hot. Coat with cooking spray, then pour in the cornbread batter. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cornbread starts to pull away from the sides of the pan.

Ashley	Jun 25 2008 4:13 AM Oh, and i'm sure there was a corner, but we didn't actually go in to town. we just stayed on the outskirts at a hotel just off the highway, and went to a gas station just off the highway. so i had to settle for what i got. LOL
