Award winning singer/songwriter Kristin Connell sings with such purity and effortlessness it makes you feel as though you have just spent an evening in her living room and it hasn’t taken her long to make a name for herself.  In her first few years on the scene she has quickly developed into a seasoned performer while sharing the stage with the likes of Hal Ketchum, Monte Montgomery, Eliza Gilkyson and many many more.
 
Drawing from influences such as Carole King, James Taylor and Lyle Lovett, Connell has a style of her own ranging from .. .. Americana.. .. to Folky/Pop. Connell’s sophomore effort Dance of Love is a swirl of roots, country, folk and pop; the production is tasteful and always appropriate, simply serving to support her vocals, which after all, should be what take center stage.
 
Connell has been playing the NW regional music scene and winning the hearts of those who hear her.  Her sincere personality shows on stage and her songwriting stands out.  Taking 1st place in the 2006 Gig Harbor Folk Festival Songwriting contest with her song Hello .. .. California.. .. from her debut record Second Chances, Connell is emerging not only as a great performer but also a great songwriter.
 
Connell is currently touring the NW playing colleges, theatres, festivals, wineries and coffeehouses... ..
