About me:

I grew up in small town Indiana amongst the corn fields and the Amish. Eventually I went away to college at the University of Notre Dame, where I majored in Film, Television & Theater with a double minor in Pulling Okay Grades Out of Your Ass and Consuming More Papa John's Than Thought Humanly Possible. I spent the second semester of my junior year in London, and I completely loved it. Loved it so much that I went back after graduation and got a job with a hotshot I.T. company coding crap websites during the e-commerce boom years. I also found my best friend and partner: Rodd, aka Snookums, aka the Snook. Two years later the boom was over, 9-11 happened, and we decided that London just wasn't all that anymore. We decided to move back to the Snook's hometown of Sydney, Australia. I migrated in on a defacto spouse visa but three years later we decided to make it official with a Vegas wedding, complete with Elvis walking me down the aisle and friends and family watching live on the Internet. I stayed in I.T. for a few years but needed a break from corporate life, so I quit to manage a knitting shop in the Sydney for three years. (Yes, seriously.)
