The show streams live on Friday mornings from 8-10 a.m. central time (GMT -06:00) by clicking the "Studio 201" link at http://krnu.unl.edu. The show repeats both on radio (at 90.3 FM) and on the same website on Sunday mornings from 8-10 a.m. (GMT -06:00). Click the "KRNU" link on the site for the Sunday morning replay.
The stream of the Sunday morning replay is also available on iTunes. Look for 90.3 KRNU in the College Radio selections.
The program is produced and hosted by KRNU's General Manager, Rick Alloway, and has been on the air since 1995.
