The years-long culmination of test marketed brand studies and bible-belt focus groups, the robo-rock outfit known as Kry Kids is the rhythmic pulsing brain-child of super-massive 6-foot-9-inch squelch wizard Dave Rohs (ex-Chalk) and the heavily Vocoded guitar despot Jeremy Lesniak (Culture Queer). Through the power of digital transmission, the duo’s pitch-and-mind-bending electro-acoustic anthems attracted the talents of two of the most tuned-in purveyors of rhythm and noise: the ever-present guitar hero Brendan Bogosian (Cash Flagg), and the barbarous drum tyrant Brent Donaldson (ex-Sistern, Cobra Judy, Delusionals). As a quartet, Kry Kids form a gentle giant of a sonic dance-punk machine, busting heads but providing a lift to the hospital when needed.
