ROBIN INCE
Globe-trotting stand-up Robin Ince has performed full-length shows in New York, Milan, Paris and Rome, as well as finding time to support one Ricky Gervais on his tours.
His first feature film, Razzle Dazzle, was officially selected by the Berlin and Edinburgh Film Festivals and was the opening gala film for the New York Children’s Film Festival in February 2008.
He has made regular appearances on Radio 4's The Now Show, The Personality Test and Loose Ends. On television he has appeared on The World Stands Up, Edinburgh or Bust, The Comedy Store, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Mock the Week and many more.
Robin has also made a name for himself as a comedy promoter, first with the critically acclaimed Book Club and now with the School For Gifted Children.
"When somebody writes the history of modern comedy, they should make room for Robin Ince." (The Guardian)

ANDREW BAILEY
He didn't invent alternative comedy, but he was doing something a lot like it long before other alternative comics came along. A veteran of london's original Comedy Store, his haunted mimetic humour was far weirder and more wonderful than today's straight, formulaic stand-up - and a quarter of a century later, he's still going strong. "One of alternative comedy's true originals." [The Guardian]; "I don't like the phase 'lunatic fringe', but if there was an award in that category, Andrew would be well in the running." [Daily Telegraph]
DAVE RUSSELL
Dave Russell is a lost legend from the 60s. He takes you on a trip through council estates and binoculars of wisdom to paper flowers and new hamlets. Ivor Cutler meets Jandeck meets the Incredible String Band. [http://...com/2y47e5]
TRANSFERE PROJECT
Laura Mardon's brand of acoustic music has been charming audiences all over London and further afield. She lists diverse influences such as This Bike is a Pipe Bomb, Andrew Jackson Jihad, The Vonneguts, Bright Eyes, Alkaline Trio, the Plan-it-X compilation 'if it aint cheap, it aint punk (buy it)', Tchaikovskys piano concertos, Billy Childish, Japanther, Tuesday, 7 Seconds, Juliana Hatfield, and Billy Bragg.
She can also play shows just covering Blink 182.

"The Venom Seeds represent a crazy and fantastical Chinese universe, in which live dragons, skulls and dangerous killer-girls. Let the venom spread into your ears and be prepared for some good Rawk 'n' Crawl. This is to say rock 'n' roll as raw as shreds of human flesh that crawls like a rattle snake."
