i'm kacie gibson. i'm 22 years old. =] i was born january 25th, 1987. it was super bowl sunday. i'm italian/irish. i'm originally from wintersville, ohio. i graduated from indian creek high school in 2005. i now live with my husband, paul in follansbee, wv. =] we have a beautiful little girl, named deandre jane! she was born december 11th, 2008. i am a very easy going person. i get along with everyone... unless you screw me over somehow. i love outgoing people. i love to have fun & party. i can be very loud & obnoctious. deal with it. i'm very sarcastic... it's gotten me in trouble a few times. i usually don't give a shit what people think of me. you either like me or you don't. i ain't gonna try to make you like me. just don't run your mouth about stuff you know nothing about. i have a huge obsession with cheese & italian food. what can i say?
i'm deathly afraid of spiders & snakes. i love cats. i grew up with 7 of them. my cats have always been like kids to me & i don't care what people think of that! i absolutely love winter. snow makes me happy! i am pretty much a neat freak. if something is not the way i want it to be, it drives me nuts. i smoke menthol cigarettes. i drink on social occasions. i really dislike beer, but if i do drink it, it's normally coors light. i have a whiskey weakness. jack daniels is my hero. i will drink evan williams though, just cause it's cheaper. i love football. pittsburgh steelers = ♥ television is my life. i have an addiction to ONdemand movies! i would go crazy without my laptop. graphics design has always & will always be my dream career. it's the one thing that keeps me busy & out of trouble. =)






† About My Little Munchkin:





i found out at the end of march that i was expecting. it came as quite a shock, but we were EXTREMELY excited! she was born december 11th, 2008 @ 8:10pm. her name is deandre jane gibson. she weighed 7lbs. 4oz. & was 21 inches long. she got her name from both paul's grandma & my grandma. deandre [dee-anne-dray] was my grandma's maiden name
& jane was paul's grandma's middle name. they've both passed away, so she has a little piece of both of them with her always. she's the most perfect thing that could ever have happened to me. everytime i look at her, i'm reminded that even when life hands us the most horrible things, she's always there & that can make anything perfect again. she looks exactly like her daddy. she has 2 brother's that are the best big brother's, zachary & patrick. she's spoiled rotten already & i absolutely love her with everything in me. i never thought that something so perfect could ever exist, but i was wrong. =)

† About The Love Of My Life:



i have a wonderful husband, paul robert gibson, who i love with all my heart. i don't really care who likes it or not. yes, he's 20 years older than me. yes, we have had our share of problems. and yes, we've always got those drama starters, but so does everyone. the world is full of em. so, now that you know the facts... here's our story. we've come a long way in a short time. we were married on june 20th, 2007. i got pregnant just a short time later, and unfortunately lost the baby when we were having some problems.
i was living back at home for a short amount of time during that point & we weren't really getting along. then under certain circumstances, we got back together & have been very happy & very much in love ever since! we have our moments every now & then, but what couple doesn't? we live in a house in follansbee, wv with, our beautiful daughter, deandre & most of the time, his 4 year old son, zachary thomas, whom i love with all my heart & soul. =) i love my life with my family with all i have & i would never change one second of it.

† About My Step-Son:



my step son, zachary thomas gibson is 4 years old. he's the spitting image of his daddy. i've loved him like he was my own since the day i met him. he's the cutest, most creative little boy you'll ever meet. he makes sure he lets you know how he feels about things & will not hesitate to tell you the way it is. it's crazy that sometimes a 4 year old can know more than you, no matter how old you are. he amazes me with all the new & exciting things he comes up with everyday. he's in pre-school at head start right now & comes home with new things to tell us about everyday. he's the greatest big brother that his little sister could ever have. i'm very proud to be able to call him my step-son & i hope i do all i can to make sure he knows that him, his little sister & his daddy are my world & always will be.



† About My Momma:




my mom & i fight like we're sisters. but she means the fucking world to me. i don't know what i would do without her in my life. she was a single mom who was always working hard to provide for me & always made sure i had everything i needed. for that reason most of all, i hate my dad with a passion. he was & to me, still is such a dead beat. i never really made things easy for my mom & i'm really trying now to make sure she knows that i appreciate everything she has done for me. i really hope i can say i'm as hard of a worker & as wonderful of a mom as she is. i love you, momma!

† RIP Duppy:





i lost someone who was very very special to me at a very young age. my grandma, elizabeth francis deandre-mayle. they called her betty, but i called her "duppy" because i couldn't say betty when i was little. she & her family came from italy. she was my best friend, next to my mom & at the age of 59 she was diagnosed with lung cancer. she went in and out of the hospital only a few times, but it attacked her pretty quick. on february 5th '93, she passed away. i was 7 years old & i am still trying to get over her death to this day. in november '06, i got a tattoo of an italian flag with her name in a banner around it. she'll always be my hero & the reason that i am the person i am today.

† RIP Steven & Ed:




i lost one of my best friends in a motorcycle accident on june 10th, 2005. he was hit by a drunk driver head on when they went left of center. he was exactly one month from his 21st birthday the day he died. his name was steven edward strupe. a short time after he passed away, they also lost his dad edward strupe to cancer.
