About me: The Kinston Indians are the Advanced A Minor League affiliate of the Cleveland Indians. The team is entering its 22nd year of affiliation with Cleveland and 46th year in the Carolina League. The K-Tribe plays in Kinston, North Carolina at Historic Grainger Stadium, built in 1949. Kinston has won five Carolina League Championships (1962, 1988, 1991, 1995, 2004, 2006) and has qualified for the Carolina League Playoffs for a record seven straight years. Former K-Tribe players include Grady Sizemore, Victor Martinez, C.C. Sabathia, Sean Casey and Manny Ramirez.
