Some Jazz and Blues. Classic Rock, some of today's rock. Folk, 80's country. I still like some old 60's country, i only listen to it when i'm on the river chilling at the cabin with the family.
Movies
I like all kinds of true story movies....such as: "Thunderheart", they couldn't tell the whole truth on that one. "Silkwood", god bless her, and any movies that tell the story of singers and bands making it big. My fav comedy is: "Me, Myself, and Irene"
Television
American Idol, yeah, I enjoy it. I don't like the abusive comments by judges but, I enjoy listening to the kids sing. I like Cops, AMW, Mad TV, Ellen, Montel, Simpsons, Family Guy, King of the Hill, American Dad, Heros, House, Deal or no Deal, anything nature.

About me: .......
I'm an easy going down to earth lady. not afraid to get dirty. but do take a
shower everyday. haha. i love the outdoors, white sand beaches, forests, prairie land, mountains, hills, clear water mountain streams, rivers and lakes. and flowers. i love all animals too. i like to go to parks and walk on trails, taking pictures, traveling places i've never been or have been and liked.....
i like going out to eat and having a couple frozen margaritas. i don't drink much.
i also like most music, but my fav is rock, classic and some of todays. i like the 80's country. i did enjoy it in the 80's, never thought i would. well, now, i did listen to the old country in the 60's. My mother was a singer.
She had two other sisters that sang and played guitar. they had to call themselves: The Sunshine Girls, at the time there was another woman group called the Andrews Sisters. They all got married and went their separate ways. My mom carried on, she hired a band, played locally, clubs, parties, Bean Blossom Boogie, Dew Drop Inn, earned herself a record contract. She hired a nanny and had things arranged to go to Nashville but, her short life came to an end in Sept. of 1972.
I like to sing too. I can sing country, Matchbox 20, Beatles. one of the highlights of my life was singing a song ("Peace in our Time"), with Eddie Money. just dancing and singing. eyes locked. whew!!!
I also have two grown kids that i raised. son-26, daughter-22.
I moved to Irving, TX at age 18. the kids and i moved here back in Sept. of 93. we had record cold temps that winter. my kids were fasinated with the snowflakes. i had to discover IN again too. what an adventure it was.
I can now add another highlight in my life. Meeting and partying with the Restless Heart Fan Club and meeting the guys. wow. what a night!
Who I'd like to meet: I'M LOOKING FOR:: FRIENDS NEW AND OLD. EXAMPLE::: Any JONES FAMILY MEMBERS FROM INDY. Grandfather JONES was a fireman in the 60'S and early 70's.
