About me:

My desire is to share yoga with the world. The peace that lies within each of us is so vast if we will only stop, be still and observe it.
As a teenager, I remember writing letters to the editor about this-and-that -- anti-death penalty and things like this. As a late teen, Christianity had a great influence on me in ways that affected me for many years, both positive and negative. I entered the field of journalism with the same mission: Save the world. Stand up for truth; be a voice for the voiceless.
It wasn't, though, until I discovered yoga about 1997 that the full realities of joy and the boundless possibilities of peace inside ourselves were able to open up to me. I received a bit of that in the first few years of my practice, but its been in these last couple of years that the universe inside myself has opened like a vast deep reservior to explore.
It's here that I desire to lead others -- inside themselves into paths of self-discovery, self-realization, toward thier higher and True Natures. This, to me, is yoga.
