About me:

~~ YES! This is my NEW page. I know you are missing my comments from the old. I'll replace all that I can and make it up with the New ones, promise! Most of my old poems will be in my forthcoming books, so that's good! ~~ ABOUT TIM KAVI: Arising from the mystical tradition, Tim Kavi is a complex poet writing about love, interpersonal connectedness, philosophy, and emergent social consciousness. His poems often merge contrasting even opposing points of view into a monistic whole. Kavi states that the sacred feminine is a central theme in his writing and as such, celebrates the archetypal goddesses that inspires all women (and men), in their relationships, and their loves. As a romantic poet, Kavi hopes that men and women will appreciate the 'You' form of address in his poetry--as his work is best when readers read it aloud to their own loves or have it read to them by their own lovers! Kavi's poetry also contains an element of sacred worship to many female deities in his works, putting Kavi's mysticism to good work, blessing goddesses like Kwan Yin, Ma Durga, Benzaiten, Athena, Venus, and others. Says Kavi: "There's a spiritual side to my writing that many miss, because we are too focused on our bodies!"
