Il KurMor Celtic Festival, iniziativa in grembo a Rosade Furlane, Are e i soi Amis e CulturAre, nasce dal desiderio di promuovere e far conoscere la cultura e le radici culturali celtiche friulane. ........ ................ ...... Il nome rende omaggio al fiume Cormor, che scorre in terra friulana, portando verso il mare il mistero stesso della sua etimologia ancora discussa. Probabilmente il fiume ha in sé la radice celtica Kurm, ovvero "palude", unita al termine Mor, nella sua accezione di "mare" o come rafforzativo di Kurm. ...... ............ ...... Un Fiume Paludoso che corre verso il Mare, mormorando storie antiche. ...... ............ ...... Il KurMor Celtic Festival ha avuto inizio l'8 Novembre, presso il Centro Civico di Ara Grande di Tricesimo, introducendo varie tracce di memoria celtica friulana, nella gastronomia, nella toponomastica, nella storia dei cognomi, accompagnate dalla musica celtica del Duo Sidhe. E poi c'è stato lo stage di danza irlandese, insieme alle Gan Ainm e buffet gaelico per tutti! .... Per festeggiare il Nuovo Anno Celtico appena iniziato! Buon Samhain a tutti! Il KurMor Celtic Festival vi aspetta a Imbolc! ...... -

Il KurMor Celtic Festival, iniziativa in grembo a Rosade Furlane, Are e i soi Amis e CulturAre, nasce dal desiderio di promuovere e far conoscere la cultura e le radici culturali celtiche friulane.
