Well you can pretty much count on me showing up to play my own shows...beyond that, it's usually Jim Gully ..boards. Next time you come to one of our Borders shows, check out Jim's new custom designed "latte machine" sampled keyboard synth patch. It's so authentic, you'd swear it's real !!!
Gravitas be damned....the picture & caption below made me laugh....
DOG: "Hey Kurt. You spelled "consensual" wrong!"
CAT: "Oh yeah? BFD. I have more talent in my left dewclaw than you'll ever have. Now stay still, dammit......."
This above picture & caption was swiped from a post by Amy Blahblahblah at a place where all the people are good

Here's a short review by Nic C over at Alt Music Yes:
"You too can do this at home! Boring endless self indulgent doodling with
absolutely no path in the music leading to nowhere. Get a band. Otherwise
have a nice day. "
Keep those cards and letters coming Nic!
What does it sound like? You tell me.........For anyone that's interested in hearing a nice cross section of my new cd "Outer Worlds" (on Umbrello Records), I just found this Amazon link that has samples of the tracks....and while they are 30 second bytes, they seem to convey the flavor of the cd pretty well:
Please refer to the "Who is Kurt Michaels?" blog.........
and if that doesn't fill in enough of the blanks for you, there's an interview with me that is posted here that goes into some more detail:

If this *still* isn't enough info for you, then I guess you better take a chance and ask me a question or two.......
Kurt, It was great meeting you--I thoroughly enjoyed your show today! If I manage to get a live set together myself, I'll definitely let you know. BTW--Thanx for the add--and the compliment:-)
Hi Kurt... I heard things have been a little rough for you lately. Sorry to hear that. I certainly can relate! Hang in there and keep on playin'! *hugs*
Hi Kurt Wishing you a really great weekend Hope you get a chance to listen to some of today's great artists and their music on this Saturday's TDFZ Radio Show with me Warmest wishes Chris
Honestly I don't even remember the guy's name who did the show, and I spent a lot of time there! I did a radio show for a little while & I tried to promote your music, but nobody was listening. I wasn't able to start a revolution for you and your work, but I hope you are enjoying some degree of success.
Kurt- Glad we met at Morrison. Wish we could have gone to a Yes concert. We'll remember the music and the small sing-along with Arlene and Jon for years to come. Thanks.
